Day 1 'v' Shropshire - On a wet day at Kenwick Park we beat Shropshire 6.5 to 2.5 which was a great start to the week.
Other results – Lincs beat Staffs 5-4: Notts beat Derbys 6-3
Day 2 'v' Lincolnshire - Deluged with rain again, we lost today to a very strong Lincs side 6.5 to 2.5
Other scores: Notts (co-leader) beat Shrops 5.5/3.5 and Staffs beat Derbys 8/1
Day 3 'v' Derbyshire - Today was very windy and the rain stayed away. We were 2-1 down in the foursomes which makes it even more difficult. The Singles points were shared 3-3 which gave Derbys the win 5 – 4.
Other Scores :Lincs had a stunning victory over Shrops 9/0 / In a close match we lost to Derbys 5/4 and Staffs beat Notts 6/3
Day 4 'v' Staffordshire - Again Staffs is always a tough match but with 2 defeats we were now playing for Pride and we still could snatch 2nd and win the runners-up plate. We had a good day and were 2up in the mornign foursomes. We eventually went on to win 5.5-3.5.

Day 5 'v' Nottinghamshire - In the last match we we 1/2 point ahead of Staffs, so we had to beat Notts to claim 2nd. we were level at Lunch but unfortunately Notts claimed 4 of the singles and we were beat 3.5 – 5.5.
Lincolnshire were the overall winners, and will go on to represent the Midlands North at Kedlestone Park in the finals in September. Well done to them and good luck to Julia and her team
