Ladies 4s Final – Sun. 14th September 2025

 

Everyone arrived at Rothley Park GC on a rainy Sunday in September to play the final of the County Ladies Foursomes.

The final was contested by Kirby Muxloe and Willsley Park.

 

The 1st pairings were Jo Woodward and Jan Brown from Kirby Muxloe and Jo Morris-Bourne and Janice Kelly from Willesley Park.

The 2nd pairings were Carol Garwood and Rhoda Crowfoot from Kirby Muxloe and Tracy Bourne and Karen

Bonser from Willesley Park.

 

After a good tussle, the match finished with a win for Willesley Park.

 

Thanks to both teams for doing so well in getting to the final and for playing so well in the conditions. – Thanks to both Captains who supported their teams so well, and Rothley Park GC for

hosting and Bea Cotton for working so hard as the referee.

 

Everyone came inside to dry out and get warm with the presentation taking place before both t

teams sat down for a well earnt cup of tea and a bite to eat.
